Shipping Information

We ship globally to make our Backless dresses, Bandeau tops, and High Waist swimwear accessible to beach lovers everywhere (excluding some Asian and remote regions).

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Shipping Fee: $12.95
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Indianapolis. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Thong bikinis and Push Up swimwear unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval: Our Indianapolis team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Include all tags and use the original packaging.

  5. Receive Confirmation: We’ll notify you once we process your return (typically 3-5 business days after receipt).

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:
